The guy is definitely toxic when i looked his chat and have given this player a week timeout.

Even though the chat he said "Brazilian sucks" is toxic, its not going after someone's race or ethnicity.

That's the same thing as telling me (a canadian), you canadians suck. If he were using a racial slur that would have been a permanent ban.

I agree nonetheless, a toxic player, given him a timeout as first warning.
