Evidence: All I have is circumstantial evidence. Tonight, Hipper228 was using the little bird to baserape from the carrier on the CN side. The CN team had no flags, so people were spawning on the carrier. Hipper228 was hiding behind the tower where the base AA can not reach him and picking people off. This is not the first time he has done this and other players can corroborate. I believe the chat log will also show evidence of this occuring.
