i was banned from tbg server and don't really know why

I was banned the other day on a bf4 tbg server and didnt see anything from an admin about a violation just wondering if someone could check into it. Ive been away for more than a year moved to florida and played a couple of rounds and got banned. any help at all would be appreciated
 
It could be this recuit tag you are still wearing from Jan 1, 2016 (almost 5 years ago), since you were apparently not accepted into the TBG clan.

mmm .. i have actually tried to remove that previously , soulz added that personally and can someone let me know how to remove it?
 
1. log on to battlelog in a broswer window
2. click name in upper right
3. click edit profile near top
4. click soldiers (tab on top right)
5. select soldier for bf4 (the one you need to change)
6. change TAG in box to something else, click save
 
hopefully removing the aliases from steam should do it, i have done that, unless an admin needs to get involved,
