Help With Insurgency

So Today I get on to do my usual Insurgency games on your guy's server which I love because its one of the only servers with a kill feed & it doesn't show up in my history or on the regular server list. I checked your guys website to make sure it just wasn't down restarted my game a few times. Well i've tried connecting through the console now via ip but no luck either even though it shows your server is up, running, & not full. I was hoping someone could help me with solving this issue. Thanks get back to me as soon as you guys can
 
Both servers are running fine i just joined them. id say look for them and when you find them favorite them so this wont happen again

how am i suppose to favorite something when i can't join them. i can't connect to them or anything. like was a i banned or something? cuz i've looked for a while. i made an account on here just to get help so i could play on it again.
 
i'd like to add that i even tried to add them to my favorites through the server browser favorites & i still can't join. i've even verified integrity of the game through steam
 
Please provide us a screenshot of the issue so we can verify.

Also i don't believe in ".(periods)" so sorry if i am making u cringe but i ain't a woman.
 
UPDATE: i tried to join off a friend & i can't even join off of them for some reason, i don't know why & i have been googling trying to find out why & give me some guide to why i cannot join ur guys clan server so i am sorry if i am annoying you guys but uh yea https://steamcommunity.com/id/SexxiB/screenshots/
 
Have you changed your network settings at all? Try disabling your Windows Firewall or anything that could possibly conflict.
 
i haven't changed any network settings & windows firewall is always off for me
 
UPDATE: today for some strange reason i got on Insurgency & your server is back on my list. so like i really just don't know that caused this but yea i guess my computer is just mentally dehydrated & wanted to mess with me. so i am very sorry for wasting everyones time in this matter
