FREE legit games ( Steam, Console, etc )

Just a FYI,

Destiny 2 has now moved to steam, where all previous expansions are now free2play. The current expansion is $30, but you have access to all content from before the latest expansion. They have a "battle pass" but it is cosmetic only.

Also, all characters created now are boosted to max level, and a base light level (think item level from WoW). you can go back and play through the story if you want to. overall the base game story was meh, expansion pack stories were better.

I normally don't post this because these are not free, but these deals are so cheap and too good to pass up that it's basically just as good as being "Free"... Do consider them:

i still dont get the hate for EPIC.....their store is better then steam for game makers and small groups plus has already given away tons of free games to start everything off.....with everything steam does to developers i dont understand why they get so much love when they have not made a game in years......to say PC is the most open platform for gaming is missing the fact people will hate games and good companies making them just because they dont bow to steaming pile.....

It's not about Steam-fanboyism or "because there are too many launchers" or some silly excuses like that. Among maaaany reasons, this is the main one ...

Epic's download manager is junk sometimes, especially if you're on DSL. Start downloading a 9GB+ update, can't limit the speed (which then takes up 99.9% of your bandwidth not allowing you to do anything else), and then randomly it resets and forces you to start downloading from the start again (even if the videos in the update weren't changed and you got them fully downloaded, nope, must redownload them again!)....

@Graphic-J .....there is irony in your post as this is what was said almost to the T when steaming pile launched and they were the only option for Half Life 2 (steam started with the release of that game).....even being able to buy games on other sites you still have to use Uplay for Ubisoft games to origins for EA games no matter where you buy said games when dealing with PC....so being able to buy other site's games on steam makes it valid???....the argument does not hold water when steam in its self was forced on the market....i guess time does ease people's thoughts on what was done wrong years ago and makes them complacent with being screwed......

yeah i am bitter....i remember when valve made games and did not care about wanting to be a store front....i also remember a time when we had tons of options to buy games from all over the place and tons of things where only sold in 1 place(old school expansion packs back when they were discs was 1 of the biggest things that did it)....
