Check your Origin client or go here:

edit:
Possible bug. Workaround for all who cannot add it to their library and only "get it as a gift" .
First you need to add it to your wishlist and then from that wishlist you can add it to your library.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

RS Launcher - Valued $15

For a limited time, install the Rockstar Games Launcher here: https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/rockstar-games-launcher
... and then claim a free copy of the classic Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas on PC within the Rockstar Games Launcher, to permanently add it to your Social Club account’s library.

----

Calling it now, yo heard it here first folks. Why another Launcher? ... Well exclusivity money and more money.
It's not enough with double dipping their PC playerbase...
Rockstar will have the PC version of 'Red Dead Redemption 2' to be “exclusive” to
the Epic Games Store, but also available on Rockstars own launcher - The biggest issue
here is that it won't be on Steam. Same like what Ubi-shit did with their newer titles.
This way Rockstar and TakeTwo can take a much larger cut at our expense.

Smart business but very anti-conumer again..
... oh well its a free game, but so sure about this that I'm willing to take bets on this.
