*Offense: Admin abuse

Evidence: Every M0nk3y on server got kicked multiple times when doing very well for no apparent reason.

Comments: There was a total of 4 [NOOB] M0nk3y's playing on the server and having a good time like we normally do on TBG at night. The first kick I received I agree was needed since I said my team sucked and went off on them. For the next 2 maps I didn't say a thing and just played my game and kept my chat to my squad mates via VOIP. We pushed the admins team back to the main and my squad was doing very well, myself in first. Next thing I know I get booted and so does every other M0nk3y even though not a word was said in chat the whole round. I log back in and FreshBakedCookie admits to kicking me but won't give a reason other than to that my next time would be a ban. I feel this is sever admin abuse and really makes it look bad on your servers. I agree the teams were unbalanced but to kick someone from the server is not the right thing to do. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help resolve this issue tonight, for I am sure the M0nk3y's weren't the only ones who got kicked for playing to good tonight.
 
Hey, M0nk3y, you must be BANANAS! You were not kicked for playing too good nor for team balancing purposes. I thoroughly enjoy a challenge in game and don't mind getting my ass handed to me from time to time. Your clan mates were kicked after NOOB members were saying that they were on TS sabotaging the game (giving away player positions to other members on opposite team).

That was 2 round before when you kicked us all and then threatened to ban me. Look into those logs please.
 
Also that was a joke since Ebola just had been switched for balance. I was more upset with you over the 2 round after that one, where you kicked me for no reason whatsoever.
 
Listen, bottom line you got kicked from the server, not banned. Our admins play while taking care of the server so how's he supposed to know you're kidding or not? You have no "rights" when you play on someone else's server so I don't know what you think you're entitled too here but if you make problems in the server you will get kicked and banned. Causing disruptions like this in game after being told to drop it and still spamming this in the chat, I don't know what else you expect.
 
First kick was at 9:43 and second was at 10:04?? I have no issue with the first set of kicks, I understand that he didn't know it was a joke and yes my ranting was unneeded. I was upset about the kick on a total different map where there was nothing being said at all just a random boot and the reasoning was "[20:08:23] FreshBakedCookie > You were kicked for being asshats." Even though I had not said a word that whole round and all the [NOOB] clan was on the same side so I felt there was really no justification for the kick and then to tell me when I log back in that you kicked me because I was being an "asshat" even when you can check the logs I said not one word that whole round. I understand this is your server and you can do as you please but I just thought someone should know that some pretty wild kicking was taking place last night when there was really no determined that round other than being a supposed "asshat" without even saying a word.
 
A few bad apples will spoil the bunch. I've seen raging admins like this ruin plenty of servers in the past.

I guess I'm glad I didn't post that I could fly or walk on water since even the most obvious jokes/exaggerations are considered facts. You realize how pointless "giving away positions" on Metro would be in the first place I hope - seemed like most people on the server understood that and were joking with me about it. And the only reason I even said anything was because I had been randomly switched after helping my team come back from a big deficit and it was late in the round. And let's be honest, that is the real reason this admin was looking to switch/kick/ban people. We've played on TBG quite a bit and never had issues with any other admins. But when the admin's skill level is dropping 20 pts per round because of a few good players on the other team, well, you can see what happens.

If you just don't want good players on the server when particular admins are on, that's fine. Just let us know and we'll avoid joining in while they are on. This isn't the first nor last time we will run into raging admins because they can't take the heat. We are just like any other group of guys that know one other in real life and want to play on the same team against good players on well-run servers. We joined and were doing well and then the random switches started which is what started this whole thing.

All I was asking is for someone to look into the kick at took place around 10:04 and the reasoning being an "asshat". Thanks and have fun its a game after all.

Can you help me understand what a "baseless fact" is? As far as I know, a fact by definition cannot be baseless.

And you say he rarely kicks anyone but he did so about 10 times within a three round span yesterday - so your definition and my definition of "rarely" might not line up. I'm just putting the facts out there. And if the reason for the kick was "giving away positions" and that was taken as a fact (not a baseless fact, but a regular 'ol fact) then I should have been the only one kicked. Plus it's hard to give away enemy positions when you're on the other team which I was until I was randomly switched late in the round after helping make a big 200+ ticket comeback.

I'm just trying to understand the root of the problem. Because it really sounds like he was stretching for a reason to kick us. My facts to back up that claim are that he initially kicked us all (see above) but then had no problem letting us return for a few rounds that were somewhat competitive. And then in the final round his team was getting dominated and he decides he's going to kick FUPA again (who did nothing and said nothing since the first round). The only thing FUPA did was play very well. If you're okay with inexplicable kicks/bans then so be it. But if you have methods to the madness, please share. We can all learn a little more about the intricacies of the rules and make sure we don't break them in the future.

Huh that is very strange because I was kicked right after "[20:04:08] FupaM0nk3y - Russian Army - Echo > rape squad" which was only said to my [NOOB] squadmates. Then he even admitted to kicking me that round for being an "asshat" when you can see I said nothing that whole round. Oh well time to move on, good times on your server but we will be moving elsewhere so no worries. Have a great rest of your weekend.
 
Yes I found more further down. Your crew was in no business being in our server at the time. If your buddies are going to act immaturely, we get rid of the root. Why?

Guess what happens when you remove one person from the group? They question, start to insult and troll. That's our experience with it and we did it to avoid that.

Clearly he did not kick you because of the score or skill. You may disagree but in his mind he had a valid reason for a kick and reason why was provided to you in chat.

You can't justify a kick using comments made AFTER the kick took place. I guess that's what you call a "baseless fact."
 
Yeah this is kind of my point I guess, but oh well the decision has been made and I am sure we won't have a problem moving on. Thousands of servers out there. Best of luck TBG

Admins have no access to switching command. Server switched you. You would have a switch command in chat.

You guys were trolling, and were kicked as a whole to knock it off.
