If possible, the reason that you might have got banned for. unknown , my account was hacked by someone in russia. Ea agent cleared my account and got a new password
Any additional comments you would like to add? Again my account was hacked by gamers in russia. Ea agent told me this . They further cleared my account and advised to get new passwords
