Appealing my ban

Well, I don't know why i got banned, when i'm going to join the server appears "Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server for player 'RilezGamer' ... Prior Kick/Ban". I was just playing and then BOOM, banned.

I Never use MACRO, WALLHACK, AIMBOT, ESP.. ANY HACK, and i don't know why i got banned.

Well, this is the only server I've been banned, could it be a bug?
