Visacard did one with 16 kills during the beta.

As far as nurf goes...I don't think we'll see that. I hope not. You get a warning when that fucker is launched and if you're on a spot where there's a bunch of your teammates and you hear that...it's time to bravely run away.

It's not a weapon you can equip with your kit. It's available only to the squad leader and you need 42,000 points to call it in. During a decent round, you'll see less than a dozen of them, usually all near the end of the game, and the average amount of kills with one bomb is around 3. It can really shake things up at the end. The incoming jet engine sound scares people off the objectives and destroys anyone who sticks around, if used correctly.
