Steak Cook On The Coals... Hmmmm

Hey guys!

While I was gone in Quebec this week we had our traditional diner event myself, and four customers. Mainly we cook steaks the *Pittsburgh* way or also known has *Chicago* directly on coals. This way of cooking it gives you all the different ways you could want your steak. Starts from a little burned section to well done, medium, medium rare, rare, to medium rare and grilled lightly. Melt some cheese on it or put some gravy with a good bottle of wine and it's just paradise! Well actual we and 5 bottles of wine :rolleyes::D

Here is a good example of how to do it on coals but it's not the Pittsburgh way.
