Where is his accuracy on the stat page you provided? If you look at his battlelog page is accuracy is way to high for number of ours played as well as his k/d.

16% with his overall stats which you can quickly that on the signature banner and his weapon stats (HPK on the far right) shows nothing conclusive. An assault rifle and sniper rifle are his only two weapons on the server.
