Offense committed: hateful against Mexicans, then consistently trying to get a reaction out of me specifically despite me telling him to just play and ignore me

Evidence: chat logs, it was DeadMauuu (another Mexican) and I in a squad. Then joins Mors. It didn't take that long for him to type---without anything being said to him---
"fuck off mexican dipshits"
he proceeded to tell me to get out of his squad (obviously trolling---or an idiot---because I was squad leader). So I kicked him, but he kept going on after that.
