Do not shut down your PC and/or close out Origin. I rebooted my PC and Origin updated itself. Now when I attempt to play BF it logs me out in the browser and just redirects you back to the same page to log in, stating the log in attempt failed. Seems a lot of people are spamming EA's support page having the same issues since the update. Not surprised, typical EA to fuck up on a holiday weekend.

Seems to be working better now. I know there were major issues, but they seem to be resolved.

One of the threads that I saw on reddit (before /r/battlefield_4 went dark from the protest) was to disable IPv6, either at the router/modem level (killing it for your entire network) or disabling it on your network adaptor (removing the check mark from Internet Protocil Version 6 on your ethernet/wireless adaptor). There have been a few people reporting that this works. If some are having issues, it's worth a shot.
