On - Off - Sleep - Hybernate - Hybred Sleep = wtf?

Ill put it in English

Sleep = monitors off and low power mode.
Hybrid Sleep = sleep mode but computer almost conpletely shut off.
Hibernate = computer takes an "image" of the computer at that moment and temp saves it to HDD. Then shuts down. When turned back on it just loads that image back up instead of a fresh reboot

Hybrid sleep causes more problems. Sleep is useless because it can easily wake back up. Hibernate speeds up restart but can error easily and you have to do a fresh restart anyways

My computer shuts off when the power goes out or I'm installing new parts.
