Any mobile app developers out there?

Hi, I'm thinking of creating my own mobile app. I have experience in programming but I'm not a professional. Should I hire a programmer, or are there platforms there that I can use that's easy and user-friendly enough so I can just do it myself? Thanks!

ISO, windows tab, or android? windows and android have free SDK kits, ISO i think you have to pay for the SDK. windows is a little more easier editor, however, android is more popular besides ISO. i have played with both the windows and android.

It would definitely either be Windows or Android. I found a company called Xamarin that could possibly be of some use to me, have you ever heard of them or used them before?

There are ton's of great resources, downloading the android SDK is free which is perfectly worth it. Windows is pretty easy to learn and doesn't take too much know how. Also Android is free to post to the google play store, however Apple developer is not free. Just so you know.
