They don't have a leg to stand on in this one.

They own sooooo much stock in Army Aviation it's rediculous.. I learned to fly in one of their Aircraft. With the 3 people and a full bag of gas we were always pushing power limits.

I do believe they are right with the free speech. I'm just curious as to what the motives of Bell Inc is. Pure greed or misrepresentation?

It's pure greed. Their company probably isn't doing too well. So they looked for a easy way to keep themselves afloat by making bullshit claims. They knew the heli was in the game from the get go so they will lose in court.
