What map do you have in mind? I see 1 kubra_dam, 2 Dragon Valley, 4 Wake Island and 5 Gulf Of Oman in the top 25 servers on gametracker.

I hear you - with artillery, vehicles, jets and hellos - you can imagine the BS that will be going on.

Question- Does Steam have download resume? Cause if its a full game, and this would be at least 4 gigs, my connection would likely drop.

yes they allow to resume. I had someone hack into my steam account once and I got it back through steam support. Nothing to worry about.

To keep safe don't speak to any of those chat messages that pop up and that you don't know who it is.
