1. ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO CHECK SERVICES.MSC TO SEE IF BOTH PUNKBUSTER A & B ARE RUNNING. YOU CAN DO THIS BY PRESSING THE WINDOWS KEY + R.
1a. IF PUNKBUSTER A OR B IS STOPPED, RESTART THE SERVICE. IF A OR B IS NOT RUNNING, USE PBSCV.EXE (GOOGLE PBSVC.EXE) AND REINSTALL THE SERVICE.

NOTE: SOMETIMES IT IS NECESSARY TO DELETE THE PB FOLDER FROM WITHIN YOUR GAME DIRECTORY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO UNINSTALL/REINSTALL PUNKBUSTER.

2. CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOUR GAME IS UPDATED.

IF YOU FOLLOW THESE STEPS CORRECTLY, IT SHOULD FIX YOUR PROBLEM. IF THE PROBLEM HAPPENS AGAIN THEN REPEAT THE ABOVE STEPS.

*sigh* I'm not sure what's going on. I did the steps you did and I seem to be still having problems. The funny thing is that I only get punkbustered on your BF2142 servers. Even funnier than that is I used to be able to play on your BF2142 servers like crazy. I love the huge infantry maps and highway tampa!
