If you are trying to join our I/O server, you need to manually update your punkbuster.

A lot of players are getting kicked if they have not updated their PunkBuster files manually. Just go here: PunkBuster Online Countermeasures to download and install the PunkBuster updater and then update the PB files for BF3 and you should be all set.
