Windows ..... Why ....? when I play the screen pauses then nothing else answers to commands.... then I have to restart computer.....

I Currently have 2x2tb system one of which which windows is on
Then 2 180gig ssd's which bf3 is on... Could this be the reason or is there something wrong with BF3?

the SSD-s are separate drives, right?
anyways, do the other parts meet minimum specs? (GPU, CPU) and are you sure that it's not overheating, because screen freezing is usually with overheat, next step is BSOD.

no I have combined them with a Partition....
Here is what I got :

I have this happening also. Its not all the time but I freeze and comp locks up and I have to reboot. I am thinking it is some conflict with sounds in the game and my sound card. I haven't been able to play recently tho as I lost my internet connection.

There are a few posts about sound issues in the forums, but I don't recall any that said they were crashing from it. Easy test is to disable your sound card (pull it out) and test it with on-board sound.

I can't believe Origin is causing issues...lol Thanks for the heads up
