Nice to see the old girl still has it where it counts. Admittedly the inexperienced driver will probably find the XKR-S a bit more streetable.
I have always liked the Jaguar XJ220 and for something that was revealed as a prototype in 1988 I always thought it was one of the best looking cars of its time. Shame the production version ditched its V12 in favor of a small trunk and a Twin Turbo v6. But it would have still lost to the McLaren F1 in due time anyways.
For those not familiar:
Had an official top speed of 208 but the plan for the original prototype was 220. To quote Jeremy Clarkson "It has brakes, they just don't work".
