CBS 2 news @11. 17 year old Raymond Palomino (one of 7 suspects) is being tried as an adult. His father is a Sheriff's deputy. He is due in court within the hour. This happened right here in Chicago! A 15 year old girl was the one that lured him into the alley & took the video.
